HR or L&OD Intern  

Learning & Organizational Development

• Provide general administrative support to the Learning & OD team, including but not limited to:
  • Onboarding activities (General Onboarding, Functional Onboarding);
  • JVCO Transition, upcoming roadshows, enablement programs;
  • and other L&OD programs as needed.
• Perform other HR ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Human Resource Management
• Previous experience with administrative, reporting, coordinating tasks, and other Human Resources procedures (OJT experience is acceptable).
• Basic understanding of HR, Labor Law, administrative, and office procedures.

  • Proficiency in Google Workplace / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasks
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
