Job Summary: A Business Development Officer is responsible in the identification of highly profitable business opportunities and securing of strategic business deals. A Technical Writer contributes to technical support documentation, and instruction manuals, reducing synthesizing material into concise language for users and customers to fully understand; delegates tasks to other writers and editors or corrects copy; studies user feedback for improvement opportunities; and revises and rewrites existing content, editing and punching up old copy to match new standards or guidelines. They would proofread and ensure a grammar-error-free document before handing it over to the requestor.
