We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Organize and manage orientation sessions, new employee documentation, and related training programs.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities that reinforce our culture and promote team collaboration.
- Assist in implementing employee development programs, including training, performance reviews, and career growth initiatives.
- HR Administration
- Manage HR databases, employee records, and related records to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support company and employee registration with mandatory government offices.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies and guidelines to maintain compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR-related matters and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Culture & Employee Advocacy
- Act as a culture ambassador, helping to nurture an inclusive, transparent, and high-performing workplace.
- Actively gather employee feedback, analyze it, and suggest improvements to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations, including:

Recruitment and talent acquisition

Onboarding and offboarding

HR policy creation and enforcement

Payroll processing and benefits administration

Performance management systems and reviews

Employee relations and engagement

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management

- Strong understanding of labor regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
