- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather requirements to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Visual Design: Design engaging and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, developers, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our product designs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and UI design work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
