- Acquire new Japanese clients in Indonesia through canvassing, outreach, and networking, identify client needs, and match them with the company’s services.
- Prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, and support pitching, primarily in Japanese.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and KPI delivery.
- Secure sponsorships for company events and partnership programs.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficient in Japanese.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in client acquisition.
- Experience working with Japanese companies or in Japan-related roles is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in successfully acquiring, pitching to, or closing deals with Japanese companies is highly preferred. Candidates should be able to explain the challenges faced when dealing with Japanese clients and the approach used to build trust, address concerns, and secure the business.
- Have an existing network within Japanese business communities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of client needs and marketing/media solutions.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
