The Content Specialist plays a key role in driving the success of our e-commerce business across leading platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and our brand website. This dynamic role combines content management, digital merchandising, and sales support to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will ensure that product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign content are accurate, compelling, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion. In addition, this position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory availability, support high-impact online campaigns, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. 1. Product Content Management
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings on online marketplace platforms.
- Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and specifications) are complete, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for visibility and searchability within each marketplace (SEO best practices).
2. Pricing and Promotion Accuracy
- Ensure product pricing and discount structures are correctly reflected across platforms.
- Regularly audit online listings to confirm accuracy in SRP, promo prices, and bundle deals.
- Coordinate with the MPCD Heads, Ecomm and Marketing teams to implement approved price changes or campaign setups.
3. Campaign and Deal Enrollment
- Enroll eligible products in marketplace campaigns, flash sales and promotional events based on business priorities.
- Coordinate with Ecomm Team for campaign schedules, guidelines, and approvals
4. Inventory and Replenishment Support
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the MPC Analyst and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
- Tag or update out-of-stock and restock notifications in marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate stock visibility across all platforms to prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Generate regular reports on product listing accuracy
- Identify gaps or opportunities in content, pricing, and product visibility.
- Recommend improvements to enhance conversion and customer experience.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or product content management.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace seller centers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
