- Design graphics, layouts, and digital content for social media, website posts, presentations, and online promotions.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Help maintain the content calendar and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and posts.
- Assist in planning and posting content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, or motion graphics using templates or mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Support the team in collecting performance insights (likes, shares, and reach) to help improve future content.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or related work (internships or freelance included).
- Basic skills in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in a team.
- Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
- Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, training skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
