The Microsoft Licensing Specialist provides expert guidance on Microsoft licensing programs, subscriptions, and agreements. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and Microsoft partners to ensure accurate licensing recommendations, compliance, renewals, and optimization of Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Microsoft licensing and cloud subscription options.
- Prepare quotations, renewals, and licensing recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing policies and agreements.
- Support sales opportunities through licensing expertise.
- Manage subscription renewals and customer licensing records.
- Stay current on Microsoft licensing updates and partner programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing, cloud solutions, software procurement, or IT sales.
- Knowledge of CSP, EA, MCA, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 licensing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
