- Content Creation & Copywriting: Plan social media calendars and craft heartwarming, professional write-ups, post-event summaries, and regular community updates in coordination with local chapters.

Design & Presentation Layouts: Apply proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) to produce visual layouts for daily devotions, promotional posters, event videos, and meeting presentation slides.

Multimedia Content Repurposing: Transform long-form content into short-form platform-optimized posts and produce audio versions of video materials.

Creative Workflow & Asset Management: Manage internal review and approval workflows, upload finalized assets to the central repository, and maintain structured file organization.

Omnichannel Distribution & Communication: Handle final posting across all Company’s CSR official BAM channels and manage mobile, email, and social media platforms to field community inquiries.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital copywriting, or visual design (or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating digital native capabilities).

Dedicated Christian whose life genuinely reflects a heart for God's purposes and principles of stewardship.

Familiar with or eager to learn about the Corporate Social Reponsibility of the Company- Business as Mission (BAM) movement.

Familiarity with short-form content repurposing and basic audio editing/production.

Basic proficiency in Canva (or similar design software) for visual asset development.
