What You'll Be Doing
- Lead account acquisition initiatives by identifying high-potential prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into long-term strategic partners
- Formulates and articulates the strategies to develop, build and retain key accounts consistent with Portfolio/Merchant Acquisition & Management’s core mandate to meet revenue growth and market share targets
- Serve as the main point of contact and build strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support partner goals
- Guide partners on product adoption, best practices, and new opportunities
- Conducts regular business reviews and sales performance assessments to monitor, analyze and improve performance against individual and portfolio targets in order to devise action-oriented tactical programs and projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
What You'll Need
- Background in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in Sales and Business Development
