- Develop and implement sales strategies for elevator systems.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Work closely with technical teams to provide customized client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or service sales in the construction or building solutions industry.
- Engineering graduates (preferably Mechanical Engineering) are highly preferred.
- Background in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Willing to travel and handle fieldwork; residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred.
Location Assignments:
- Western Visayas: Panay Island, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, Negros Siquijor
- NCR 1: Manila Area
