The Trade Marketing Administrative Associate provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Trade Marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing programs, promotional activities, and sales support initiatives. This role assists in organizing trade events, monitoring marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to support business objectives. This role will be have a 4-months contract.
Some specific tasks may include the following:
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of trade marketing requests, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and logistics partners for timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
- Handle the documentation and processing of purchase requests, invoices, and expense liquidations related to trade marketing activities.
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance for trade shows, dealer events, and in-store activations.
- Maintain trackers for trade marketing budgets, promotional programs, and asset deployments.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment in execution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, Graphics design software and tools.
- Having 1–2 years of work experience in marketing, trade marketing, or administrative support will be an advantage but not required. Fesh graduates with relevant internship experience is a plus as well.
- Experience in data management is a plus.
- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have good communication and coordination skills.
- Must have strong ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
