- Lead Android application architecture, design, development, and deployment.
- Define technical solutions based on client business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Android developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and backend teams.
- Drive technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and technology adoption.
- Ensure application performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project estimation, planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
- Oversee CI/CD implementation, testing strategies, and release management.
- Stay current with Android ecosystem updates and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Android application development.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and solid knowledge of Java.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack components.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns such as: MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.
- Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and automated testing frameworks.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
- Understanding of Android performance optimization, security, and app publishing processes.
- Experience with Firebase and mobile analytics tools.
