- Working with your team and product owners to refine and develop the product direction and implementation.
- Writing great quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Ensuring all codes are thoroughly covered by automated tests, and all features meet quality checks before deployment.
- Deploying, monitoring, maintaining, and fixing products in production.
- Contributing to the constant improvement of practices and processes in the team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3+ years of experience working with Node.js in a backend development role.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in using frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
