Administrative Supervisor  

Job Summary

The Admin Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative services by coordinating and overseeing staff, activities, and schedules to ensure efficient delivery, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Uniform requisition, distribution and inventory monitoring
• Manage general office services and concerns including messengerial, housekeeping, staff house, medical supplies and other office supplies
• Application and renewal of employee's post paid plans
• Process payments of utility, courier and Philsca payments
• Manage employee health services and safety programs and protocols

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Administration, Management, or Psychology or any related course
• With more than 3 years experience in different administrative functions
• With understanding of administrative processes, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with others.
• Familiar with compliance with OSH standards and other relevant safety regulations.
