Procurement Specialist  

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and managing the acquisition of furniture, fixtures, materials, and related supplies required for BSVI's supply and installation projects. This role ensures that all procurement activities are executed on time and aligned with the quality standards of each client project — from residential fit-outs to large-scale commercial installations.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience; background in the furniture, fit-out, construction, or interior design industry is a strong plus
• Proven track record of coordinating with suppliers and managing purchase orders for furniture or building materials
• Experience handling imported goods and working with overseas suppliers is an advantage
• Familiarity with indent ordering, lead time management, and freight coordination is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory systems
• Ability to read and interpret furniture specifications, technical drawings, and material finishes
• Basic understanding of currency conversion, landed cost computation, and import duties
• Knowledge of CBM calculations, container loading, and shipping documentation is an advantage
