The position supports the Ayala Land Premium Broker Network team in managing broker relations and ensuring the effective promotion of Ayala Land’s premium projects. It calls for a results-oriented professional with strong coordination and communication skills, capable of fostering productive partnerships and driving excellence in project representation.
- To exclusively sell, promote, and market the assigned projects to clients, accredited brokers, and their agents.
- To assist the Broker Network Group of Ayala Land Premium in selling their assigned focus projects.
- Oversee the overall condition and upkeep of the showroom of assigned projects.
- To perform other functions as assigned by supervisors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four-year course
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management and customer service orientation
- Knowledgeable in digital and social media marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for report preparation
