Civil Engineer  

General Civil Maintenance:

• Perform regular inspections of buildings, roads, foundations, drainage systems, retaining structures, and related infrastructure.
• Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for civil structures and facilities.
• Evaluate structural damage or wear and develop effective repair solutions.
• Oversee contractors and ensure adherence to safety and construction standards.

Sector-Specific Duties:

• Manufacturing:
• Maintain and repair production floor slabs, loading docks, stormwater systems, and access roads.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to minimize downtime during civil maintenance work.
• Aquabio (Water Treatment/Biotech):
• Inspect and maintain concrete tanks, containment areas, and water treatment structures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and water safety regulations.
• Assist in upgrades of water flow channels, drainage, and filtration basins.

Real Estate:

• Maintain buildings, parking areas, sidewalks, and landscape structures.
• Support refurbishment, tenant improvement projects, and HVAC/civil interface maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and local zoning regulations.

Mining:

• Maintain haul roads, pit infrastructure, crusher pads, drainage channels, and sediment control systems.
• Work in collaboration with geotechnical and environmental engineers to ensure site safety and stability.
• Perform risk assessments and support emergency repair during adverse weather or seismic events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a civil maintenance role, ideally across multiple industries.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil infrastructure maintenance software.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
