- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention strategies, and personalization
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights (Excel/SQL is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Own and execute end-to-end CRM strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Design and optimize targeted campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other CRM channels
- Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals
- Continuously enhance the customer journey to deliver seamless and personalized experiences
- Manage and optimize CRM tools/platforms to ensure efficient campaign execution
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
