Recruitment Specialist  

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding endorsement.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Facilitate job offers, negotiate employment terms, and ensure timely candidate closure.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, role competencies, and timelines.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate availability, and recruitment recommendations.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and manpower status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze recruitment performance and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, campus hiring, and talent engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two (2) to four (4) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a specialist role.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment tools.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
