The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the entire hiring process of Apsara Furniture Manufacturing Corp. This role ensures that all departments — from manufacturing, warehouse, operations, sales, marketing, and management — are supported with high-quality talent. The Recruitment Manager develops hiring strategies, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures smooth, efficient, and professional onboarding of all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with company goals.
Understand manpower needs across all brands: AF Home, Dreambuild, Easy Space, Beanie MNL, Mr. Chuck, etc.
Create hiring forecasts and maintain a monthly hiring calendar.
2. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, assessments, background checks.
Build strong talent pools for high-volume positions (factory workers, installers, warehouse, sales) and specialized roles (designers, engineers, managers).
3. Interview Management
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate final interviews with department heads.
Develop structured interview guides to ensure fair and effective evaluation.
Evaluate cultural fit, skillset, work ethic, and alignment with company values.
4. Onboarding & Orientation
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and documentation of new hires.
Ensure a smooth transition into their roles and monitor early performance.
Work with HR & Admin on contracts, requirements, and company policies.
5. Employer Branding
Promote Apsara Furniture as a great place to work.
Create hiring content, job ads, campaigns, and job fair materials.
Strengthen the company’s presence in job platforms and social media.
6. Recruitment Process Optimization
Improve recruitment systems, pipelines, and candidate experience.
Implement recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention rate).
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and monthly reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is an advantage (e.g., HRBP, CHRP).
- Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in:
- Manufacturing
- Retail / E-commerce
- Furniture or construction industry
- Fast-paced organizations
- Experience in high-volume hiring (factory workers, installers, warehouse staff) is a big advantage.
- Strong experience hiring for both blue-collar and corporate roles.
