The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing initiatives and help shape the future of legal technology. You’d be marketing hire #1 reporting to our Chief Growth Officer. You'll have the opportunity to help build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. Growing into a leadership position is on the table.

Your Impact

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in:

• Developing and executing our go-to-market strategy
• Building Anycase ai's brand presence in the legal tech space
• Creating scalable marketing processes and frameworks
• Contributing to the company's overall growth strategy

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Content Development

• Craft compelling narratives across multiple channels (ads, social media, pitch decks, newsletters, blog)
• Develop content strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain our content calendar
• Measure and optimize content performance

Campaign Management & Analytics

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ad campaigns
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Create performance reports and presentations

Creative Direction & Execution

• Oversee basic design work for marketing materials
• Develop landing using no-code tools
• Lead video content conceptualization and scripting
• Collaborate with external creative agencies and consultants

Events & Partnerships

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities
• Coordinate marketing events and webinars
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Represent Anycase ai at industry events

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or professional services
• Proven track record in digital marketing and content creation, using creative tools like Canva, Capcut, Google Slides, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Startup experience and/or legal tech background is a plus
• Experience in events management and partnership development is a plus
