Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in queu management in check in counter
  • Assist guests in using kiosks
  • Assist in guiding passengers during boarding and deboarding
  • Assist in serving of snacks and meals in case of flight disruption

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Currently enrolled in a Tourism or Hospitality Management program, or a related course.
  • Strong academic performance with a focus on operations, customer service, and tourism-related subjects.
  • Basic understanding of airport operations, travel services, and tourism industry standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 400 hours
  • Willing to be assigned to NAIA Terminal 2 or 3
