Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The External Relations Supervisor ensures continuous and undisrupted operations in his / her area of operation by building strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders (local government officials, regulators, community leaders, etc) and obtaining updated permits and licenses necessary to conduct business. He / she ensures that pragmatic and effective stakeholder plans are implemented, and that relevant and sustainable community programs are rolled out. He / She likewise leads the team in the resolution of issues that may arise. He / she also leads the team in developing, implementing and monitoring approved Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community projects geared toward addressing community needs, building relationships and strengthening the company’s reputation. In addition, he/she will ensure that ER 1-94 related concerns are communicated to the respective stakeholders and shall make certain that the implementation and liquidation of ER 1-94 funds, based on the submitted Annual Work Plan (AWP), are realized and secured. Ultimately, the incumbent is responsible for achieving the goal of the company to be the neighbor of choice in the areas of operations by fostering harmonious relationships with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:

Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Stakeholder Management, Community Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility
With background and experience in project management and program implementation experience
