Casual Game QA Tester  

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute QA test strategies for casual games
• Create and review test cases and checklists based on game design documents
• Test and monitor live service updates to identify and address issues
• Investigate, reproduce, and analyze issues, and suggest appropriate solutions
• Document test results and communicate effectively with development and operations teams.
• He/she will remotely work with game team in Korea.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in QA or related fields
• Basic understanding of game development processes and QA methodology
• Strong understanding of casual games and live service operations
• Experience in QA across all stages, from development to launch and live service
• Highly responsible and detail-oriented
• Ability to thoroughly analyze issues, organize findings systematically, and proactively resolve problems
• Strong collaboration and flexible communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on global game projects
• Experience collaborating with external platforms for development and live operations
• Degree in software-related fields or relevant certifications
• Ability to communicate in English
