	<li>Monitor and oversee the auditing process from start to finish. Collaboration with external auditors.</li>
	<li>Ensure there absolutely no discrepancies in the data or figures.</li>
	<li>Assess the audit for accuracy and compliance.</li>
	<li>Ensure all audits work in a time bound manner.</li>
	<li>Ensure audits are conducted periodically.</li>
	<li>Use best practices to conduct high quality audit</li>
	<li>Use the data collected to propose strategies to improve efficiency and compliance.</li>

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Schedule workload for the entire finance team.</li>
	<li>Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs.</li>
	<li>Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings.</li>
	<li>Liaise with other departments and executive management.</li>
	<li>Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns.</li>
