The role of the Technical Services Lead is to manage the Technical Services activities and lead the engineers to ensure that all of the team's targets are met. This includes coordination with the Arsenals and Business teams to ensure proper deployment of necessary manpower and support, and completion of projects with accuracy and efficiency. This role includes provision of guidance and expertise to the team on both Project Management and Technical fronts.

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

Lead the following activities and ensure that all arsenals’ pre-sales needs are being met, that projects are being implemented on time with the agreed quality and costs, and that all projects and installations are being properly operated and maintained.

Technical Services Lead

Job Description

The Business Development Officer will help drive the growth of the solar business by developing ecosystem models that will optimize cost, drive customer acquisition while ensuring competitiveness to other players, scale up tested models by choosing the right partners, implement improved processes and capabilities, and close more customers.

 

Roles &amp; Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Develop strategy and business growth plan for assigned area</li>
	<li>Handle end-to-end customer pipeline for Commercial and Industrial/Electric Cooperative customers</li>
	<li>Ensure project proposals provide the best technical solution at the right financial offer </li>
	<li>Lead in developing solar ecosystem models in the chosen area to check viability</li>
	<li>Find external partners and suppliers</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Finance teams in delivering the projects</li>

Solar Business Development Officer

The Customer Data Custodian’s primary responsibility is to help ensure the quality, integrity, and proper handling of customer data within the organization. This role supports data governance initiatives by maintaining accurate customer records, assisting in data quality checks, and helping enforce compliance with data governance.

 

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

 

A. Customer Data Maintenance

<ul>
	<li>Assist in the accurate creation, update, and deactivation of customer data records across core systems (e.g., Data warehouse, Salesforce CRM, Automated Billing System - ABS).</li>
	<li>Conduct basic data entry and validation to ensure completeness and accuracy.</li>
</ul>

 

B. Customer Document Consolidation

<ul>
	<li>Support the collection, tagging, and uploading of customer-related documents (e.g. bills, contracts, single line diagrams) into centralized repositories.</li>
	<li>Ensure that document metadata is properly recorded for easy search and retrieval.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues related to missing or inconsistent documentation.</li>
</ul>

 

C. Data Quality Support

<ul>
	<li>Assist in performing routine data quality checks and identifying inconsistencies or errors in customer data.</li>
	<li>Support the clean-up of duplicate or inaccurate customer records.</li>
	<li>Help document data standards and definitions for customer information.</li>
	<li>Learn and apply basic data cleansing techniques.</li>
</ul>

 

D. Basic Reporting and Analysis Support

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with data stewards, owners, and system users to drive data quality improvements and implement governance practices that enable reliable analytics.</li>
	<li>Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and performance metrics.</li>
