This role focuses on predictive modeling, investment strategy, and ensuring the long-term fiscal health required to expand our healthcare impact.

1. Global HR Strategy Execution

	<li>Implement and manage global HR programs (performance management, talent reviews, compensation and benefits).</li>
	<li>Cascade HR operating model standards into local processes and ensure service delivery is consistent.</li>
