TRT Global Solutions Philippines Inc.

Overview:

The purpose of the TRT Client Account Manager (CAM) is to provide Service Delivery led business development within TRT’s existing accounts. This role is different to the TRT Business Development manager (BDM) which is technology and service offering driven business development within TRT’s existing and prospective TRT clients. Work is performed within Business Hours, but the CAM is expected to be on call for the seldom circumstance average once per every 2-3 week for escalations. CAMs will be responsible for either a group of clients in a geographic territory or a set to global/regional which are smaller in number but larger in size and service delivery complexity. 

Client Account Managers (CAMs) are required to travel a minimum of 10 working days per quarter outside of the Philippines to support regional engagement, pipeline development, and client relationship management. 
Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all client and internal meetings must be submitted within three (3) working days of the meeting date to ensure timely documentation and follow-up.

Primary Workflow:

	<li>Propose solutions to recurring issues to TRT executives and clients</li>
	<li>Conduct regular presentations to clients on TRT service delivery</li>

	<li>Act as the focal point of knowledge base for each client engagement.</li>
</ul>

Key Deliverables:

<ul>
	<li>Maintain constant communication with client focal points and TRT executives regarding priority 1 (P1) cases and missed SLA instances, being available 24/7 as needed.</li>
	<li>Propose solutions to recurring issues to TRT executives and clients, focusing on common geographic areas or technologies.</li>
	<li>Conduct regular presentations to clients on TRT service delivery to gauge client confidence.</li>
	<li>Manage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TRT services to clients.</li>
	<li>Serve as the primary contact for clients in the "Order to Cash process," ensuring timely billing and collections, with availability around the clock.</li>
	<li>Ensure accuracy of client asset lists and related details in TRT's Configuration Management Database (CMDB), coordinating timely updates during contract transition periods.</li>
	<li>Act as the focal point of knowledge base for each client engagement.</li>
	<li>Document TRT's customer engagements, including projects, support contracts, and Managed Service Engagements.</li>
	<li>Provide performance reports and statistics to TRT's management and Executive Board.</li>
	<li>Update CMDB, BOSS, and Wiki documentation as needed.</li>
	<li>Develop policies and procedures to control and measure TRT's customer service delivery.</li>
</ul>

Client Account Manager

Overview: 
Support the Corporate Accountant, Finance Manager/CFO in meeting management reporting requirements. Ensure accurate and timely data with complete documentation in compliance with company policies and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by reviewing records, reports, and operating practices.</li>
	<li>Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.</li>
	<li>Prepare audit workpapers and communicate findings to stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Contribute to team efforts to achieve results.</li>
	<li>Reporting Tasks:</li>
	<li>Prepare annual audited financial statements</li>
	<li>Maintain monthly balance sheet workbooks</li>
	<li>Conduct profit and loss analysis</li>
	<li>Complete ad hoc reports assigned by the Corporate Accounting Team Leader, Finance Manager, and Financial Controller</li>
</ul>

General Duties:

	<li>Oversee the auditing process and collaborate with external auditors</li>
	<li>Ensure accuracy and compliance of audit findings</li>
	<li>Conduct audits within specified timeframes</li>

Accounting Analyst

Overview:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this position has responsibility for managing strategic markets within the company. This position leads a team of associates (all direct reports) being General and Reporting Accountants, Fixed Asset Accountants and Factory Accountants. The incumbent is involved with continuous improvement activities which further improve financial processes and controls and is responsible for the ongoing management and development of subordinates reporting to this role.

	<li>Lead R2R team and handle month end, quarter end year-end – preparation, own smooth execution &amp; ensure books are closed on time.</li>
	<li>First pass yield review of the work performed by other team members</li>
	<li>Experience in detailing the process in form of narratives and flowcharts</li>
	<li>Significant experience in preparing financial reports, Regulatory reports, Portfolio management &amp; Reporting, Financial system maintenance</li>
	<li>Ensure all month-end activities are completed within the agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per targets as applicable.</li>

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Finance Team Lead

Job Responsibilities: 

Property Management - The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the owners and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties. This is achieved by managing the operations of the TRT properties as assigned which includes and is not limited to:

	<li>Direct leasing Agents and Maintenance providers and ensure completion and quality of service provided.</li>
	<li>Assist in lease-ups of properties. Maintain a high level of occupancy for the properties.</li>
	<li>Ensure that all property services providers and subcontractors adhere to corporate policies. and procedures and respond to all resident requests timely, efficiently, and effectively.</li>
	<li>Exercise common sense, good judgment, and consistency in day-to-day contact with tenants and prospective applicants.</li>
	<li>Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget for the property, track and report. on the financial performance of the property and implement strategies for enhancing the value of the asset.</li>
	<li>Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of the associates, and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of performance goals.</li>
	<li>Identify new investment opportunities and as required plan, execute, and review the renovation of the various properties.</li>

Property Manager

Overview:

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for the delivery of all the non-client/prospect facing tasks of the other teams in the Business Development Department. This covers a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks which are intended for these other teams to spend time more time in front of prospective and client securing more business for TRT.

Key Deliverables:

	<li>Manage client accreditation process, including document preparation and uploading.</li>
	<li>Handle data encoding for pre-sales and post-sales activities.</li>
	<li>Assist with client's renewal process.</li>
	<li>Support pre-sales by assisting Direct Marketing Associates (DMAs) with data extraction and CRM updates.</li>

Overview:

The Global Operations Manager is directly responsible in the Management of the processes in various TRT offices across 15 countries (US, UK, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Switzerland, Philippines, Netherlands, Germany)

Operations Manager

Overview:

The NetSuite Developer collaborates with business development, finance, and technical service leads to improve TRT's processes and systems. They research and analyze to provide NetSuite solutions leveraging TRT's ISO-based systems and NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

	<li>Provide support and expertise to users.</li>
	<li>Lead report writing and analytics for financial information.</li>
	<li>Manage data integration projects, including BI platforms.</li>
	<li>Test system upgrades and releases.</li>
	<li>Code projects as needed.</li>
	<li>Document business objectives and workflows.</li>
	<li>Manage NetSuite environments and related systems.</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain workflows in NetSuite.</li>
	<li>Create dashboards and reports for insight.</li>
	<li>Assist in maintaining testing applications.</li>
	<li>Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.</li>
</ul>

IT Administrator – NetSuite Analyst

Required Deliverables:

<ul>
	<li>Ensure all logged incidents are resolved within SLAs.</li>
	<li>Ensure all internal personnel involved in a service call work efficiently to meet SLAs.</li>
	<li>Ensure all customer communication within a service call is prompt, professional, and reliable.</li>
	<li>Ensure all commitments made to customers are met or rescheduled with their knowledge and approval.</li>
	<li>Send executive updates in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
	<li>Escalate issues to the correct channels promptly.</li>
	<li>Manage initial client escalations for service calls.</li>
	<li>Ensure all requirements are completed before closing service calls.</li>
	<li>Update all service calls with accurate information promptly.</li>
	<li>Ensure proper handover of service call tasks at the start and end of each VCA/GSD shift rotation.</li>

Incident Lead

Job Functions

Field Services Incident Management's role is to support Technical Service team to oversee all cases that require Field Engineer intervention and to ensure Field Engineer, internal or external, resources are always available.

Workflow:

1) Engage TRT field engineer or service partner engineer, should TRT field engineer is not available, tickets require onsite intervention.

a) For Service Partner Engineer (SePs):

<ul>
	<li>Negotiating and engaging the appropriate service partner for the ticket considering the cost, SeP capability and the complexity of the ticket.</li>
	<li>Request approval to issue purchase order for the payment of service partner engineers (SePs).</li>
	<li>Coordinate with accounts to process the service partner purchase order</li>
	<li>Coordinate with accounts and ensure service partners are paid on time.</li>
	<li>Resolve disputes with SePs</li>
	<li>Blacklist SePs that perform below par.</li>
</ul>

b) TRT Field Engineer (FE)

<ul>
	<li>Engaging the appropriate field engineer for the ticket considering FE capability, FE Access, and the complexity of the ticket.</li>
	<li>During outside business hours, request OOH (out of office hours) approval before engaging in the activity.</li>
	<li>Check the activity summary from the field engineer and only close the task if the summary is complete.</li>
</ul>

2) Coordinate with field services team lead for locations that require additional service partners or field engineer.

Deliverables Required:

1) Ensure all site visits are completed within the agreed SLA of the customer. Any potential missed SLA should be escalated to team leader.

2) Ensure all service partner engineers are sent to sites with PO.

3) Ensure all TRT field engineers are sent to site with task and OOH approval for OBH engagement.

4) Ensure accurate &amp; timely issuance of purchase order requests (PORs) for SePs and OOH approval request for TRT FE.

5) Create daily/weekly/monthly reports for managed services clients

6) Documentation of problem resolution into TRT’s knowledge base

7) Continuously learn additional technical and non-technical skills

8) Compliance with company policy
