	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers</li>
	<li>Handle major accounts and negotiate contracts when necessary</li>
	<li>Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction</li>
	<li>Oversee operations within a specific region (e.g., Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao)</li>
	<li>Ensure proper product distribution and availability</li>
	<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams</li>
	<li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets</li>
	<li>Present performance updates to senior management</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations</li>
	<li>Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth</li>
	<li>Launch new products in the assigned territory</li>

	<li>Oversee inventory, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods cost tracking to ensure accurate product costing.</li>
	<li>Support pricing strategies, tenders, and quotations, helping the company maintain competitive pricing.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather, verify, and validate cost data.</li>
	<li>Assist in the cost accounting aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure timely and accurate reporting.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and cost accounting standards.</li>
	<li>Support cost audits, reconciliations, and statutory filings, as required, to maintain regulatory compliance.</li>
	<li>Provide analytical support for make-or-buy decisions and profitability analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making.</li>
