The Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s compliance, governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence programs. The role ensures that all business operations comply with Philippine laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. The Compliance Manager serves as the primary liaison with regulators and reports compliance matters, risks, and breaches to Senior Management and/or the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Framework &amp; Policy Management

<ul>
	<li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.</li>
	<li>Ensure alignment with regulations issued by the BSP, SEC, DOLE, BIR, NPC, AMLC, and other relevant government agencies.</li>
	<li>Review and update compliance programs to address changes in laws, regulations, and business operations.</li>
</ul>

Regulatory Compliance

<ul>
	<li>Ensure full compliance with Philippine laws, Republic Acts, regulatory circulars, and industry standards.</li>
	<li>Manage statutory filings, licenses, permits, accreditations, and renewals.</li>
	<li>Monitor regulatory developments and assess organizational impact.</li>

Risk Management &amp; Internal Audit

<ul>
	<li>Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal reviews.</li>
	<li>Identify compliance gaps, control weaknesses, and operational risks.</li>
	<li>Recommend corrective actions and track remediation plans until completion.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Internal Audit and Risk teams on compliance-related matters.</li>
</ul>

Regulatory Reporting

<ul>
	<li>Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies accurately and on time.</li>
	<li>Prepare compliance dashboards, breach reports, incident reports, and governance updates for Senior Management and the Board.</li>
	<li>Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.</li>
</ul>

Regulatory &amp; Government Liaison

<ul>
	<li>Serve as the primary contact for regulators such as BSP, SEC, DOLE, NPC, AMLC, and BIR.</li>
	<li>Handle inspections, audits, regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement matters.</li>
	<li>Coordinate responses to regulatory findings and compliance directives.</li>
</ul>

Compliance Training &amp; Ethics Culture

<ul>
	<li>Develop and conduct compliance awareness programs and employee training sessions.</li>
	<li>Promote ethical conduct, accountability, and a culture of compliance across the organization.</li>
	<li>Provide advisory support to business units regarding regulatory requirements and policy interpretation.</li>
</ul>

Investigations &amp; Enforcement

<ul>
	<li>Lead investigations involving policy violations, fraud, misconduct, conflicts of interest, or regulatory breaches.</li>
	<li>Recommend disciplinary actions and corrective measures where necessary.</li>
	<li>Escalate significant issues to Senior Management and/or the Board.</li>
</ul>

Role Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a US Estimator with a focus on HVAC components. You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and collaborating with US-based teams, vendors, and project managers. This is a fully remote role, ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced with HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC systems and components (ductwork, grills, fans, heaters, air handlers, etc.).</li>
	<li>Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for HVAC, commercial painting, and architectural millwork projects.</li>
	<li>Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with budgets.</li>
	<li>Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, assumptions, and vendor communications.</li>
	<li>Utilize construction takeoff software (Togal AI, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.) for HVAC components.</li>
	<li>Oversee system updates, access, and technical issue resolution.</li>
	<li>Assist clients in integrating CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) with dashboards for cost, sales, revenue, and performance tracking.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience in estimation and quantity takeoffs for HVAC systems.</li>
	<li>Familiarity with HVAC components: ductwork, air handlers, fans, heaters, grills, etc.</li>
	<li>Experience with US-based teams or companies.</li>
	<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
	<li>Experience with CRMs and construction/trades software (Building Connect, Buildertrend, or similar).</li>
	<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>
	<li>Self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems proactively.</li>
	<li>Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) tools and similar applications.</li>
</ul>
