Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to diagnose and understand personal mental health concerns 
Provide one-on-one counselling session to address stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues 
Offer immediate support and intervention during crises or emergencies affecting mental health 
Develop and implement workshops, programs, and activities to promote mental well-being and resilience 
Work with management to provide insights on improving workplace culture and reducing mental health stressors 
Maintain confidential and accurate records of sessions, assessments, and recommendations
