Customer Profile
Alveo Land’s target market, in general, are those individuals belonging to the AA through lower A socio-economic brackets with a monthly household income of PH₱200k to PH₱500k (US$3.9k to US$9.7k). 

They are upscale urban achievers, single or married, and in their 30s to 50s. They should be able to afford a monthly amortization
of around PH₱75k (US$1.4k) per month for a typical Alveo product. They are usually young to mid-aged aspiring married couples, at the progressive stages of their careers or entrepreneurial business life. Their life stage could be defined as “early to full-nester”
with children in primary or secondary school. They are an upwardly mobile group whose lives revolve around their family and work, who value good careers and social prospects, and who are imageconscious, yet practical in their investments. Real estate purchases are considered very carefully, and image coupled with good investment value and value for money is a primary consideration. Subsequent in their hierarchy of importance is security, followed by accessibility and proximity to their places of work and/or places of education, depending on the school age of the kids. Their holidays and weekends are spent shopping, so proximity to commercial centers and leisure destinations, is highly desirable.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
With foresight brought about by many successful years in the industry, the Philippines’ leading real estate developer, Ayala Land, Inc.

in Makati City, the Philippines’ premier business and financial hub. Community Innovations officially opened its door for commercial operations on 01 March 2002, and since then, evolved into one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the country.

Summary of Project Scope:

Under the supervision of the Artistic Director, the Project Staff – Reliever provides temporary administrative and operational support to the Offices of the Executive Director and Artistic Director of Areté from September to January 2026. The Project Staff assists in managing venue reservation requests, monitoring facility use, coordinating event logistics, facilitating ocular inspections, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Areté to ensure continuity of services during the engagement period.

Detail of Principal Accountabilities and Project Deliverables:

	<li class="text-justify">Respond to inquiries regarding Areté's spaces and venue availability.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Communicate reservation status to clients and coordinate reservation requirements.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Assist clients and event organizers during ocular inspections of theaters and event spaces.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Monitor the scheduled use of Areté spaces and coordinate with the ED Office/AD Office and other concerned units regarding bookings and activities.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Coordinate event-related logistical requirements with the Areté Administrative Office and other concerned offices, including security, air-conditioning, parking, facilities, cleaning, and other support services, as needed.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Assist in preparing event spaces prior to and after activities, in coordination with maintenance personnel.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Prepare and facilitate administrative documents required for venue use, including the Production Information Form (PIF), theater house rules and regulations, terms of use, and other related documents.</li>
