Data Generation

<ul>
	<li>Develops and enhances report templates (Excel, SAP BI, EDS) to support data organization and analysis for DSIPs, distributor teams, and sales.</li>
	<li>Gathers and analyzes third-party data on competitors, industry trends, and market variables.</li>

Distribution and Operations Related

	<li>Full understanding of the COD to ensure analysis is well-grounded, focusing on improving goods flow and managing channel conflicts.</li>
	<li>Coaches DSIPs in using the ERIC Executive Dashboard (EDS).</li>
	<li>Closely monitors internal factors to align internal and external data for comprehensive analysis.</li>
</ul>

Marketing Aspects

<ul>
	<li>Supports the AAM in analyzing the 4Ps (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion) to assess brand and competitor performance.</li>
	<li>Reviews promotion outcomes and provides actionable recommendations</li>

Coaching and Mentoring

	<li>Participate in business reviews and variance analysis with Distributors and Direct Accounts to guide sales analysis, productivity, and performance tracking.</li>

Sales Account Planner

What you'll do:

You're the lead person for proper implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Monde Nissin’s Distribution Systems in the local distributor operation. You will ensure efficient data gathering, sales reports generation and consolidation of reports. Also, you will conduct distributor systems assessment every quarter in line with the company’s standard operating procedures. 

Installation, Deployment &amp; Maintenance

Systems Specialist

What you'll do:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will help manage all forms of financial accounts within Monde Nissin. You'll keep accurate records of our accounts payable/ accounts receivable, ensuring that invoices are paid where necessary, and that clients pay invoices as required. You will prepare and analyze accounting records and other financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformance to BIR and Accounting guidelines; You'll also conduct accounting/financial analysis as needed. You may be assigned to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables.

The Systems Cash Custodian shall be responsible for the reporting of Cash on Hand in the assigned Hub/Team daily. Act as point person for all the matters related to Cash of the Team such as the collected cash from COD transactions, Petty Cash Fund and Pay collect Funding.
