	<li>Install new machinery and ensure all systems are fully operational and functioning at optimal performance levels.</li>
	<li>Conduct routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on all machinery in accordance with established schedules and company standards.</li>
	<li>Monitor machine performance on a regular basis, analyze operational data, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</li>
	<li>Prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, machine performance, and equipment failures for management review and decision-making.</li>
	<li>Diagnose and analyze technical issues across all machinery and system components on-site.</li>
	<li>Deliver basic training to machine operators on safe, efficient, and proper equipment operation in line with safety standards.</li>
	<li>Implement technical improvements and innovations based on operational needs and continuous improvement practices.</li>
	<li>Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of WWTP equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent system failures.</li>

Maintenance Specialist

<ul>
	<li>Mengawasi pekerjaan kontraktor dan vendor di lapangan agar sesuai dengan rencana dan standar yang telah ditetapkan.</li>
	<li>Memastikan pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan gambar kerja, RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya), dan spesifikasi teknis.</li>
	<li>Mengontrol timeline proyek serta memastikan setiap milestone tercapai sesuai jadwal.</li>
	<li>Melakukan monitoring progres harian dan mingguan serta menyusun laporan proyek secara berkala.</li>
	<li>Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko proyek dan menyusun serta menerapkan langkah mitigasi yang diperlukan.</li>
	<li>Melakukan pengawasan mutu (quality control) untuk memastikan hasil pekerjaan memenuhi standar kualitas.</li>
	<li>Mengawasi dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap aspek K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di lapangan.</li>
	<li>Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal seperti Project Manager, tim pembangunan, Procurement, dan pihak terkait lainnya.</li>
	<li>Melakukan pengecekan serta persetujuan progres pekerjaan sebagai dasar pembayaran termin.</li>
	<li>Menjadi penghubung antara manajemen dan pihak kontraktor untuk memastikan komunikasi dan pelaksanaan proyek berjalan efektif</li>
