We are looking for an experienced and visionary professional to lead our IDX Representative Office of Aceh. As the Regional Head IDX Representative Office of Aceh, you will be responsible for overseeing the office's operations, driving capital market development initiatives, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the effective execution of IDX's strategic objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities: 

<ol>
	<li>Lead and ensure the effective management of the IDX Representative Office in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines.</li>
	<li>Drive capital market development initiatives by increasing market transactions, investor participation, and listed company engagement within the region.</li>
	<li>Ensure the successful implementation of capital market education, outreach, and public awareness programs.</li>
	<li>Develop and manage the Representative Office to operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations.</li>
	<li>Develop annual work plans and budgets while ensuring the achievement of business objectives and performance targets.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a competent team by fostering a strong organizational culture and encouraging innovation.</li>
	<li>Ensure the Representative Office operates in compliance with corporate governance, risk management, internal control, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating events, maintaining accurate administrative records, and providing excellent service to the public regarding capital market information.
