Will be responsible for performing and accomplishing the necessary activities required to establish and strengthen stakeholder engagement, relationship and support in order to accomplish identified business requirements and wins, such as, but not limited to acquisition of various permits needed for the existing plants/plant expansion; expansion of lands for permanent and temporary facilities; resolution of community issues.

	<li>Facilitates the mortgage registration of all Lease Contracts as maybe required by the lenders.</li>

	<li>Coordinates with other departments for the necessary information or assistance required for the preparation and processing of permits and clearances and/or for the early resolution of complaints and problems.</li>

LEGAL MANDATE
The Local Economic Investment Promotions Office (LEIPO) was created pursuant to Ordinance No. SP-2219, S-2013.  The LEIPO shall be the implementing arm of the Quezon City Economic Development Incentives Code. It shall coordinate the drafting of the Quezon City Investment  Priorities Plan, which shall be based primarily on the development agenda set forth by the City as embodied in its various policy documents, and also taking into consideration the economic development plans and policies outlines by the various national government agencies.

VISION
LEIPO envisions a business-friendly city that creates and promotes an environment conducive to the entry and growth of enterprises in the city. The office foresees the city as a premier destination for investors and businesses that thrive and develop in partnership with the local government, generating employment for its residents and creating a cycle of sustained development and inclusive growth.

MISSION
LEIPO shall develop policies and programs to enhance the business climate to attract investors and to support existing businesses. The Ateneo de Manila University (Ateneo) is one of the leading universities in the Philippines. More than 150 years in existence, the Ateneo has grown into a major Jesuit institution. Officially it became a university in 1959. It offers over 100 academic degree programmes.

The Program Head for Organizational Sustainability is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Organizational Sustainability (OS) Program. The position leads the planning and development of the program which includes research, capacity-building, training, and logistical/administrative directions focusing on integrating sustainability principles into university operations and external entities such as industry, academia, NGOs, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

 
The position supports the University's strategic directions towards sustainability and aligns with AIS’ goals to mobilize knowledge and innovative solutions and to mainstream integral ecology, sustainability, and resilience with institutions and communities.

I. Program Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation

<ul>
	<li>Keeps abreast of local and international trends, standards, and requirements related to organizational sustainability</li>
	<li>Designs, develops, and promotes projects and policies which operationalize select thematic areas of Organizational Sustainability (OS), and evaluates its effectiveness</li>
	<li>Establishes, implements, and evaluates the strategic direction and initiatives of the OS Program in collaboration with the Director of AIS and other program heads</li>
