The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks, initiatives, and projects in alignment with organizational goals.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting frameworks.</li>
	<li>Prepare estimates for funds required to meet the organization's short-term and long-term financial objectives.</li>
	<li>Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and complete accurate financial reports on a timely basis.</li>
	<li>Conduct monthly financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.</li>
	<li>Provide financial insights, variance analyses, and recommendations to improve overall business performance.</li>
	<li>Achieve an optimal mix of equity and debt to minimize financial costs and maximize operational profitability.</li>
	<li>Strategize and secure funding from banks and other financial institutions as necessary to support growth and operations.</li>
	<li>Prudently invest in assets to maximize returns while managing associated risks.</li>
	<li>Evaluate the organization's financial performance, including measuring and analyzing returns on investments.</li>
	<li>Identify, understand, and mitigate financial risks through proactive financial strategies and internal controls.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.</li>
	<li>Develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess the organization's financial health.</li>
	<li>Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports to management and stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Act as a strategic partner to senior management by providing financial insights that influence business planning and strategy.</li>
	<li>Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency.</li>

Treasury and Internal Auditor 

In this critical role supporting our financial and business operations, we’re seeking a detail-oriented, number-driven individual with a passion for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic thinking. You’ll play a key role in ensuring optimal liquidity across our digital finance operations, while also contributing to the enhancement of internal controls, compliance evaluation, and maintaining transparency across all financial and operational activities.

What You’ll Do? 

Cash and Banking 

<ul>
	<li>Manages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and withdrawals</li>
	<li>Assists in all cash management transactions</li>
	<li>Raises all cash inflows and outflows issues in a timely manner</li>
	<li>Performs bank account reconciliation</li>
	<li>Ensures that circulars or memoranda on related duties are reported shared and discussed</li>
</ul>

Asset Management 

<ul>
	<li>Ensures adequate segregation of customer funds compliance with trust or fiduciary requirements</li>
	<li>Creates and maintains policies and procedures that impose a sufficient level of control over treasury and asset management activities</li>
</ul>

Internal Audit Department Operations 

<ul>
	<li>Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of controls within the control activities or audited department</li>
	<li>Facilitate and maintain quality assurance and advisory for financial and operational audit of company’s business processes</li>
	<li>Participate in planning, testing, and validating of control activities to ensure internal controls are effective</li>
	<li>Assess and maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations</li>
	<li>Provide a systematic and disciplined approach to an effective risk management plan and governance process</li>
	<li>Identify control weaknesses and opportunities for improvements</li>
	<li>Provide relevant recommendations to enhance control processes and mitigate any potential risks</li>
	<li>Support in follow-up activities on identified control deficiencies and enforcement of management response</li>
	<li>Ensures to be updated on new or amended circulars or memoranda relevant to company’s regulatory requirements, guidelines, and business processes</li>
</ul>

Office Management 

<ul>
	<li>Assist with audit readiness through ensuring organized documentations and assistance of walkthroughs with internal and external auditors</li>
	<li>Performs related duties as required</li>
</ul>

Reporting 

<ul>
	<li>Coordinating with external audits and overseeing financial reporting</li>
	<li>Facilitate the reporting of audit results to the management, including the auditor’s recommendation</li>
</ul>

You will operate within a corporate setting to provide both face-to-face and telehealth support, ensuring that mental health services are accessible and effectively integrated into the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Assess the mental and emotional well-being of patients through regular wellness check-ins and individual clinical consultations.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement evidence-based care plans and psychological interventions in coordination with the Mental Health team.</li>
	<li>Facilitate group sessions and seminars on various topics related to well-being to foster a proactive mental health culture.</li>
	<li>Manage patient triaging and de-escalate high-risk or emergency cases effectively via face-to-face or telehealth channels.</li>
