The Creative Director (CD) is responsible not just for ideas but for creative authority, clarity, and leadership. This role exists to raise the level of creative thinking and execution across the agency, strengthen client confidence in our creative leadership, and build teams that can consistently produce distinctive, effective work.

This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams across copy, art, video, and other creative functions to deliver high-impact and innovative campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals.

The CD champions a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team's creative output consistently meets or exceeds industry standards and resonates with target audiences. This leader also acts as a key liaison with clients, stakeholders, and senior executives to foster strong partnerships and ensure creative initiatives effectively align with broader business and brand strategies. Lastly, the CD sets the team's culture and working ways which should be aligned with the company's overall values &amp; business objectives.

Position Overview: The Brand Manager serves as the primary advocate for the brand, ensuring its integrity across all facets of the business. The Brand Manager coordinates cross-departmental collaboration, manages resources, and oversees brand initiatives to achieve sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
