What You will do:

	<li class="text-justify">Lead end-to-end 360° integrated campaigns across digital, KOL, PR, community, retail, and e-commerce channels. </li>
	<li class="text-justify">Drive brand growth through strong consumer insights, market analysis, and commercial thinking. </li>

Universal BPR is a community bank founded in 2003 by Kaman Siboro and Stephen Satyahadi - two individuals with more than 30 years of experience in banking sector. The bank is engaged in the provision of loan, saving and deposit to individuals and SMEs. For lending segment, the current ticket size is ranging from 100 million to 10 billion rupiah per customer.

Universal BPR group currently operates 13 branches located in 11 cities of Indonesia.

	<li>Lead and oversee operational audits related to the opening of savings and deposit accounts, ensuring full compliance with KYC and internal SOPs</li>
	<li>Supervise and verify the transaction call-back process to detect anomalies, mitigate fraud risks, and ensure data integrity</li>
	<li>Review and ensure the conformity of monthly reports with the general ledger and bookkeeping records to guarantee financial accuracy</li>
	<li>Manage the inspection of credit files and conduct on-the-spot assessments of debtors to evaluate collateral validity and creditworthiness</li>
	<li>Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management and monitor the implementation of corrective actions by the audited departments.</li>

	<li>Monitor margin, profitability, and ROI from campaign and promotional activities.</li>
	<li>Turn financial and operational data into actionable business insights.</li>
	<li>Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.</li>

Finance Data Analyst

<ul>
	<li>Memasarkan produk kredit pada calon debitur</li>
	<li>Menganalisa, memastikan calon debitur sesuai dengan target market dan dapat diproses lebih lanjut.</li>
	<li>Membuat Proposal Kredit.</li>
	<li>Melakukan proses kredit sesuai dengan koridor dan SLA yang ditentukan.</li>
	<li>Mengelola debitur yang ada serta mengembangkan referral dari debitur existing</li>
	<li>Mengevaluasi kondisi kualitas debitur (portofolio kredit, usaha, agunan), termasuk monitoring aging tunggakan.</li>
	<li>Melakukan penagihan (desk collection, dan kunjungan) atas angsuran kredit.</li>
	<li>Membuat dan melakukan Rencana Tindak Lanjut pada debitur bermasalah.</li>
