The position is responsible for on time and accurate payment of salary, company benefits and retirement pay to all employees of Hedcor Group.

Responsibilities:

Payroll

<ul>
	<li>Facilitates the payment of employees’ compensation and benefits of Rank and File employees.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with government agencies regarding employee contributions and loans.</li>
	<li>Assists in wage/salary administration and compensation research.</li>
	<li>Ensures on time remittance of government contributions and loans via Onehub Facility.</li>
	<li>Facilitates printing and distribution of BIR Form 2316 to employees, collection, scanning and submission to BIR.</li>
	<li>Ensures correct Alphalisting of compensation and benefits and on time submission to BIR.</li>
	<li>Consolidates Job Costing (JVs) to be submitted to FAD monthly.</li>
</ul>

 

Separation Process

<ul>
	<li>Prepares retirement letter.</li>
	<li>Prepares certifications of retirement of employees for notarization.</li>
	<li>Computes final pay of separated RF employees.</li>
	<li>Computes retirement pays of retiring employees, if applicable.</li>
	<li>Computes Death Benefit, if applicable.</li>
	<li>Prepares Retirement Notices.</li>
	<li>Prepares Quit Claims for retirement pay and Retirement Certifications.</li>
	<li>Handles annual actuarials to be submitted to AEV (retirement related only).</li>

Administrative and Documentary Requirements

<ul>
	<li>Prepares monthly overtime report for all departments.</li>
	<li>Facilitates the Payroll ATM account opening of newly hired employees (Confi only) and newly promoted employees.</li>
	<li>Assists in the updating of the Manual of Personnel Policies and Procedures.</li>
	<li>Prepares and submits 13th Month Compliance Reports to DOLE every 15th of January.</li>
	<li>Submits Annual Wages Report every January 31st online.</li>
	<li>Initiates RFPs of billings on payroll processing fees in the Optikus.</li>
	<li>Handles processing of SSS,PHIL and Pag-IBIG clearances every year for Luzon BUs.</li>
	<li>Collects acknowledged PIS and Merit increase notices annually.</li>
</ul>

HR Specialist for Payroll | Benguet

The Risk Finance Specialist is responsible for providing support on the development and implementation of risk finance and risk management programs of the company and the designing of its processes, policies and procedures.

 

Strategy and Performance Management

<ol>
	<li>Provides assistance in the Strategic Planning based on the assessment of internal and external factors.</li>
	<li>Provides support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions).</li>
	<li>Initiates the Strategic planning review.</li>
	<li>Facilitates the conduct of the context of the organization requirement.</li>
	<li>Monitors monthly and quarterly implementation of strategic and performance management.</li>
	<li>Ensures monthly review and submission of Tier 2 scorecards for monitoring purposes and collates and presents Tier 2 reports to the Opscomm quarterly.</li>
	<li>Facilitates quarterly tier 2 performance review by Opscomm</li>
</ol>

 

Risk Management

<ol>
	<li>Provides assistance in the management and facilitation of the risk assessment and coordination in the development of risk response.</li>
	<li>Monitors and reviews processes to ensure compliance to overall risk management.</li>
	<li>Facilitates quarterly risk management review by Opscomm.</li>
	<li>Assists in the development of contingency and business continuity programs.</li>
	<li>Conducts BCP testing and exercises, as well as preparation of evaluation reports.</li>
	<li>Assists in risk reporting to AEV/AP Risk management groups, concerned managers or departments.</li>
	<li>Conducts risk finance activities such as:</li>
</ol>

<ul>
	<li>Analyzes and periodically reviews all insurance policies and endorsements for further enhancement in coverage terms and conditions.</li>
	<li>Monitors and reports the status of insurance management programs.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with internal/external contacts on the procurement/renewal/billing/dissemination of information/other insurance concerns.</li>
	<li>Facilitate payment of invoices of insurance policies and other insurance-related services.</li>
	<li>Provide analysis with respect to insurance compensability of major incidents resulting to damage to assets/loss of revenue.</li>
	<li>Engage with service providers in supplementing necessary information for various risk finance activities such as but not limited to risk engineering surveys, asset valuations, and claims inspections.</li>
	<li>Maintain records of losses incidents and provide updates to management as to status, compensability, and statistics of the organization’s incurred losses.</li>
</ul>

Risk Finance Specialist

The Strategy, Risk and Performance Specialist is responsible for providing support on the development and implementation of strategic, risk and performance management programs of the company and the designing of its processes, policies and procedures.

 

'Risk Management

<ol>
	<li>Provides assistance in the management and facilitation of the risk assessment and coordination in the development of risk response.</li>
	<li>Monitors and reviews processes to ensure compliance to overall risk management.</li>
	<li>Facilitates quarterly risk management review by Opscomm.</li>
	<li>Implements periodic risk challenges to review and validate the risk profiles of the department/process together with the departments or division.</li>
	<li>Prepare, analyze and review the formulation of mid-year and year-end risk reports such as Strategic risk management plan (SRMP), Key Risk indicators (KRI) and consolidated ORMPs and other risk reports.</li>
	<li>Designs and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes through creation of guidelines, procedures, work instructions and effective platforms/systems.</li>
	<li>Provides support to risk finance activities such as:</li>

<ul>
	<li>Provision of support to Risk Engineering Survey</li>
	<li>Coordinates incident management activities for potential insurance claims</li>
	<li>Coordinates with internal/external contacts on the procurement/renewal/billing/dissemination of information/other insurance concerns.</li>

8. Implements Business Continuity Management (BCM) functions such as:

<ul>
	<li>Design/plan, implements and monitors the execution of the annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) program in coordination with top and middle management.</li>
	<li>Designs, review and develops contingency and business continuity programs through periodic review of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Strategy (BCS) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP.</li>
	<li>Designs and implements BCP testing and exercises through the preparation of BCP test plans and evaluation reports.</li>
	<li>Acts as the BCM coordinator during occurrence of incidents, BC scenario and crisis who is responsible in coordinating the BC plans to the incident management teams and monitoring the incident.</li>
	<li>Handles the BCMS external and internal audits which includes preparatory works before the audit and the closure of BCMS audit findings.</li>
	<li>In-charge of the maintenance of the group’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) through periodic reviews of the BIA, BCS and BCPs.</li>
	<li>Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Business Continuity Management (BCM).</li>
