	<li>Strong Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the company, subcontractors, and clients. Communicate project requirements, specifications, and updates to subcontractors, ensuring clarity and alignment. Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular meetings with sales team to provide project status updates and address any concerns or issues.</li>
	<li>Subcontractor Management: Identify and onboard subcontractors based on project requirements and capabilities. Negotiate contracts, establish service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain positive working relationships. Regularly assess subcontractor performance, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with project specifications. Resolve any conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise with subcontractors in a timely and professional manner.</li>
	<li>Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the final products meet customer expectations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections, review samples, and provide feedback to subcontractors to improve quality and consistency. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product or process-related issues promptly.</li>
	<li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, contracts, and records of communication. Prepare regular reports on project status, including milestones achieved, project risks, and budget updates. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.</li>
