	<li>The Associate is responsible in forwarding shipments to different destinations nationwide using various routes via land or sea. The Associate is likewise responsible in coordinating with shipping lines &amp; destination teams to ensure that cargoes arrive with the target lead time.</li>

General Functions:

	<li>Safely delivers cargo from pickup to destination and takes care of the assigned vehicle.</li>
	<li>Makes sure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and all papers are complete.</li>
	<li>Loads and unloads shipments, helps with scanning and sorting, and coordinates with shipping lines when needed.</li>

Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities

The AC Technician/ Plumber services job requests involving air conditioning and plumbing equipment as assigned to him/her. S/he also implements maintenance activities on AC and plumbing equipment, as well as implements minor construction and construction-related work

The position is expected to implement activities that minimize disruption of services provided in facilities.

Main duties and responsibilities

Air conditioning services

<ul>
	<li>Services air conditioning systems, including direct digital control building controls, pneumatic systems, cooling systems, refrigerators, and water coolers</li>
	<li>Conducts maintenance activities and inspections of HVAC systems</li>
	<li>Cleans evaporator drain pans, coils, and filters</li>
	<li>Lubricates fan and motor bearings</li>
	<li>Repairs or replaces motors, electrical wiring, belts, compressors, thermostats, and fans</li>
	<li>Tests equipment using instruments and gauges (e.g., volt-ohm meters) and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, pumps, and controls based on readings</li>
	<li>Repairs piping connections, valves, couplings, and fittings using hand tools, drill press, brazing, welding, soldering, and related methods</li>
</ul>

Plumbing services

<ul>
	<li>Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures within campus structures</li>
	<li>Performs welding and fitting works on high-pressure pipes and tanks</li>
	<li>Inspects plumbing and drainage systems inside buildings for preventive maintenance</li>
	<li>Coordinates plumbing tasks with contractors, electricians, and other professionals</li>
</ul>

Other tasks
