Regulatory 
• Prepares and submits product registration dossiers to the Philippine FDA. 
• Evaluates dossiers for quality and completeness. 
• Prepares and submits product registration dossiers to export country affiliates/distributors. 
• Maintains Licenses to Operate and Certificates of Foreign Good Manufacturing Practice with the FDA. 
• Handles promotional permit applications and submits to the FDA. 
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies on registrations, variations, and permits. 
• Manages product information in various databases. 
• Prepares and reviews procedural documents for FDA submissions and commercial orders. 
• Ensures valid processes for packaging transitions. 
• Provides customer support for product inquiries and transport documents.

Medical - Strategic Marketing Support: 
• Handles packaging artworks for product registration or promotions. 
• Manages pharmacovigilance activities and reports adverse events to the FDA. 
• Coordinates quality-related complaints and suspected counterfeit products. 
• Supports marketing efforts with necessary documents.

Medical Education Programs: 
• Prepares educational materials for divisional programs. 
• Implements medical training for personnel and partners.

Advertising Claims Support: 
• Researches and provides medical information for product claims and brand communication. 
• Reviews and updates packaging text for relevant claims. 
• Assists in filing complaints against competitor products. 
• Coordinates product inclusion in medical directories (MIMS, PPD).

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

• Ensures proper documentation and storage of drug samples for Comparative Dissolution Profile (CDP) testing and Bioequivalence (BE) studies and coordinates receipt and dispatch of drug samples 
• Manages and documents the handling and storage of investigational products for Clinical Studies 
• Reproduces, organizes and packs the approved study materials and documents according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and assist in the preparation of study documents for submission to the Ethics Committee and/or Phil FDA 
• Assists in the study-related meetings (GCP training; Site Initiation; Investigator's Meeting) , procurement of study equipment and supplies, and proper filing of all study-related documents 
• Documents clinical study team meetings and discussions with divisions 
• Tracks Clinical Research for on-going projects

Clinical Research Coordinator

• Conducts sampling and inspection of Raw Material, Packaging Material or Imported Finished Bulk following standard operating procedures. Submits samples to QC Lab and/or QC Micro Lab for testing. 
• Evaluates supplier's certificate of analysis of delivered RM and IFB or certificate of inspection for PM. 
• Performs Raman ID Testing or Near-Infrared Region ID testing on delivered RMs per SOP. 
• Prepares Unilab Certificates of Analysis for raw materials.
