As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will ensure that all communications reflect our company’s high standards of service, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data entry and operational support tasks.

This is a seasonal position requiring full commitment during the contract period — no vacations, personal leaves, or schedule conflicts during this time.

Seasonal Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Seasonal Data Entry Virtual Assistant to join our team from November through March. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, reliable, and meticulous when it comes to maintaining accurate records and handling data with precision.

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information across various systems and tools. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team during our busiest months, ensuring all data remains clean, consistent, and up to date.

This position requires full commitment during the contract period — no vacations, personal leaves, or scheduling conflicts — as accuracy and timeliness are critical during the peak season.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies in a timely manner.

Follow established data management protocols and organizational procedures.

Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and documents.

Conduct data audits and prepare summaries or reports for internal use when requested.

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or client-related information.

Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflow efficiency.
