We are seeking an SEO / GEO Expert to help improve brand presence for local service clients across Google search and AI search. The role is focused on local SEO for home services businesses and identifying the right strategy to keep clients visible as AI-driven search behavior grows.

This engagement supports a digital marketing agency that serves the home services market, including businesses such as plumbers, electricians, and other local service providers. The primary objective is to help clients rank wherever leads are generated, with a particular focus on Google, local search, and emerging AI search engines.

The team has execution support in place, but needs a senior, self-directed expert who can lead strategy and recommend the right actions without requiring heavy direction. Experience with U.S. local business search behavior is especially relevant for this work.

Job Description: The Growth &amp; Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing all non-technical, client-facing, and operational aspects of the business. This role is responsible for managing marketing execution, client communications, day-to-day operations, and internal coordination to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently without requiring involvement from the CTO.

Marketing Growth Execution:

	<li>Review and approve marketing materials before publication</li>
	<li>Continuously evaluate competitors and industry leaders to improve Unify360’s brand presence, messaging, and presentation quality</li>
	<li>Monitor website content and ensure all information (features, pricing, messaging) is accurate and up to date</li>
	<li>Ensure the website experience, visual presentation, and communication standards reflect a premium and professional SaaS brand</li>
	<li>Support creation and maintenance of sales decks, one-pagers, and client-facing materials</li>
</ul>

Operations Ownership:

	<li>Act as the central owner of all non-technical operational workflows</li>
	<li>Identify gaps in processes and implement scalable improvements</li>
	<li>Ensure cross-team alignment and collaboration between other departments, and product updates</li>
	<li>Maintain operational clarity in a fast-changing environment</li>

Client Support &amp; Coordination:

	<li>Directly oversee the support function (tickets, onboarding, demos, and client communications)</li>
	<li>Serve as the escalation point for all non-technical client issues</li>
