People Development and Growth Manager

Creative Managers at SlideGenius are dedicated to fostering the growth of their direct reports and cultivating high-performing teams. They bring invaluable expertise in design and client management to mentor and empower others using their extensive experience, playing a crucial role in the team's development and success. Creative Managers report to the Director of Creative Development, who relies on Creative Managers to oversee the design team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Design Team Training/Mentorship

<ul>
	<li>Manage and train design team members to achieve department objectives.</li>
	<li>Brainstorm, suggest, critique, and demonstrate design and layout concepts that are in accordance with SlideGenius design standards and client expectations.</li>
	<li>Clearly communicate with client and internal feedback and edits.</li>
	<li>Adhere to and educate others on client and/or internal branding guidelines.</li>
	<li>Coordinate, enforce, and develop training programs, policies, and procedures.</li>
	<li>Keep abreast of industry trends for continuous improvement within the team.</li>
	<li>Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive team culture that fosters creativity and professional growth.</li>
	<li>Assess organizational needs/trends for training opportunities.</li>

Performance Management

	<li>Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and determine coaching needs.</li>

Creative Manager

As a Junior Project Manager at SlideGenius, you are on your way to becoming a full-fledged Project Manager. You shall assist the Project Managers and help the team with their day-to-day tasks. You will be depended on for your knowledge and experience in the Project Management Team’s workflow.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Handle more complicated projects, tasks setup, and deployment (batch projects, multiple revisions, and the like).</li>
	<li>Keep track of developments, exchanges in communication, and remaining budgets of projects you are handling.</li>
	<li>Provide assistance to all staff involved in assigned projects to ensure project success and on-time delivery.</li>
	<li>Identify and resolve conflicts and issues through operational risk management.</li>
	<li>Handle minor client escalations to ensure retention, and more complicated projects, task setups*, and deployments* (batch projects, multiple revisions, and the like).</li>
	<li>Assist with the definition of and performance targets of project scope, objectives, checkpoints, and budget.</li>
	<li>Work with the Sales team to confirm client qualifications, requests, and rates.</li>
	<li>Manage resource availability to avoid under/over-allocation.</li>
	<li>Facilitate the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress against key milestones.</li>
	<li>Work closely with the Art Directors to delegate and assign projects to designers based on current workload and designer expertise and skills.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the design team and Art Directors to ensure that designers have the materials necessary to successfully complete the project.</li>

Junior Project Manager

Trainers are expected to engage both new and current designers to plan time and activities to ensure the achievement of SG Interactive’s established goals and objectives within our design agency.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

	<li>Create, manage and deliver new hire design training to ensure success in our Creative division.</li>
	<li>Create, maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hire design training.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities and develop and implement ‘Training Action Plans’.</li>
	<li>Develop monthly, weekly and daily execution plans.</li>
	<li>Discover any opportunities in our Creative department based on metrics, feedback and performance.</li>
	<li>Develop improved training collateral and methodologies to drive improved performance within the Creative team.</li>
	<li>Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative.</li>
	<li>Serve as an information resource for, and liaison between, the field and the SG Interactive’s management by communicating issues, opportunities and market intelligence through effective written, electronic and verbal means.</li>
