Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for managing payroll and government benefits for our organization. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Compensation Management:

<ul>
	<li>Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures aligned with organizational goals.</li>
	<li>Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges for various positions.</li>
	<li>Evaluate and update job descriptions and classifications.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with managers to ensure fair and equitable distribution of salaries.</li>
</ul>

Benefits Administration:

<ul>
	<li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.</li>
	<li>Conduct research to evaluate and select benefit providers and negotiate contracts.</li>
	<li>Assist employees in understanding their benefit options and address any inquiries or concerns.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration.</li>
	<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</li>
</ul>

Data Analysis and Reporting:

<ul>
	<li>Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments.</li>
	<li>Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits-related metrics.</li>
	<li>Conduct cost analysis of compensation and benefits programs and propose cost-saving initiatives.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.</li>
</ul>

Payroll Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings.</li>
	<li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, complying with legal and company policies.</li>
	<li>Validate and review payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</li>
	<li>Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll and resolve any discrepancies.</li>

The Community and Insights Asscoaite is excited about monitoring social media channels, through customer service support and ticket management by, responding to direct messages and comments, and documenting interactions. You're responsible for creating reports on these activities, moderating social media contests, and conducting online research to inform Account teams on the social media landscape and the latest trends.

Expected Outcomes:

First 90 Days (New Hires)

<ul>
	<li>Familiarize yourself with Hashtag Interactive's workflows and conduct social media monitoring, digital customer service support and ticket management, for two accounts independently.</li>
	<li>Serve as the Account Team’s Point of Contact for at least one account, managing social media monitoring and report requests.</li>
	<li>Prepare and release at least one social media report, coordinating with the production team and management.</li>
</ul>

 

Typical Expectations:

<ul>
	<li>Fully manage social media monitoring, digital customer service support and ticket management for at least two accounts with minimal supervision.</li>
	<li>Respond to direct messages and comments using digital channels and tools during specified hours.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely submission of reports and internal client communications for these accounts.</li>
	<li>Provide solutions to issues that may arise within the account.</li>
	<li>Be highly involved in the updating of the community management playbook of these accounts.</li>
