The Clinic Field Operations Officer ensures smooth clinic operations by coordinating activities, ensuring compliance, conducting audits and training, and managing client relations to maintain quality service delivery. 
 
Key Responsibilities

	<li>Foster alignment between headquarters, medical staff, site POCs, and account stakeholders through clear communication and effective issue resolution</li>
	<li>Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure coordination and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements</li>
	<li>Conduct regular onsite audits to assess clinic performance, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards</li>
	<li>Lead the planning and execution of emergency response simulations and guide staff on proper protocols</li>
	<li>Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinic operations and service delivery</li>
	<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, questions, and feedback, proactively enhancing client satisfaction</li>

	<li>Provides proper screening and advice to patients/individuals with symptoms.</li>

Follow-up Physician:

	<li>Ensures the completeness of the PEME package of the assigned maritime company.</li>
	<li>Conducts proper evaluation of the patients' pending medical procedure and medical result.</li>
	<li>Prescribes necessary medications based on the patients' medical condition.</li>
	<li>Able to identify conditions that are for additional, repeat test, and referral.</li>
	<li>Able to provide clear explanation of the medical results to the patients.</li>
