The HR Officer in the HR Records Section plays a critical role in the management, maintenance, and governance of employee records throughout their lifecycle. Daily Authoring Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Review existing authored specification content in the Chorus Authoring Platform (CAP) and update or restructure content to ensure that it reflects changes in standards, building codes, industry practice, and technologies.</li>
	<li>Create new authored specification content in the Chorus Authoring Platform (CAP) to ensure that it reflects changes in standards, building codes, industry practice, and technologies.</li>
	<li>Ensure feedback from customers is considered and assessed to support or influence the changes and development to specification content.</li>
	<li>Research technical issues and developments, liaising as necessary with standards, regulations, and other publishers, professional associations, research organizations, trade organizations, manufacturers, consultants, and subscribers.</li>
	<li>Ensure specification content aligns with the relevant classification; Uniclass, CAWS, USMS and/ or Archifyspec.</li>
	<li>Work with Uniclass team in identifying new classification codes.</li>
	<li>Support the research and development of new specification content sets as required in accordance with the company strategy.</li>
