The HR Officer in the HR Records Section plays a critical role in the management, maintenance, and governance of employee records throughout their lifecycle. This includes overseeing the creation, storage, updating, retrieval, and proper disposal of employee reocrds, ensuring compliance with the University policies and relevant data protection regulations. The HR Officer also supports the development and implementation of an efficient records management framework, manages day-to-day operations related to HR data, and generates various reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Position Overview:

As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity across all channels. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand image is consistently communicated and visually compelling. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven fashion retail track record, a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.

What you will do:

	<li>Develop and maintain a solid and cohesive visual identity for the brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography.</li>
	<li>Lead the creative development of collection campaigns, collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to align with business objectives while maintaining high creativity and innovation.</li>
	<li>Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.</li>
	<li>Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offline collaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.</li>
	<li>Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform and guide the brand's creative direction.</li>
	<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.</li>
